As most of you know by now I am trying to loose weight! I try and do these every day if I can’t do them every day I at least try and do it three times a week!!! These two DVD’s  give me the most intense workout of my life. I get a better work out at home with these DVD’s then I ever did going to the gym! They walk you through each step and explain where they work your body!!!
