In my last post I had mentioned that I had changed well this is just one of the ways that I have. I made the decision to become a vegetarian for health reasons. I got online and did my research and discovered that animal protein really isn’t that great for you. Now I’m not saying that the vegetarian lifestyle is for everyone but for me it was the best option. I do recommend that everyone try it for a little while I do think you like it.
